Dr. Mantha's professional experience includes postdoctoral research in experimental physical chemistry at the Air Force Research Laboratory, a decade as full-time chemistry faculty (teaching General, Analytical, and Physical Chemistry) at MidAmerica Nazarene University, and now Associate Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness at MNU.
